Truth Fountain

In the steel spine of this sculpture is a water fountain that can be heard in a quiet area but not seen and it represents Truth.  Carefully observing myself, I began to realize that my heart always offered a pure form of guidance. This Truth originates out of emptiness and like the water in the fountain, it is always present though I mostly fail to recognize It's presence. I feel as though a steel shell has been fabricated around my heart and when I can humbly surrender to this invisible veil that my ego has created, Truth unfolds and tension relinquishes to peace. ​
