The lotus flower and enso circle were the inspiration for a bench that remembers a beautiful young man from Colorado.
The lotus flower is born of the water’s dark and muddy depths, a space that nurtures and feeds it. The enso circle is a Zen symbol that represents the wholeness of Life. The murky layers of our own lives are an essential part of our whole being, that if fully accepted along with our radiance, will strengthen our inherent beauty and allow us to rise and flourish like the lotus.
